The Context Hub is a single page showing what still needs doing before a workspace is ready to use. It lists the setup steps, tracks which are done, and gives you one place to upload the documents that help complete them. It’s aimed at onboarding a new workspace. Once a workspace is set up, you won’t need it day to day.

The Setup Tasks

The Hub tracks these steps: Which tasks appear depends on how your workspace is set up — a workspace without an Event Catalog won’t show the events task.

Task Status

Each task shows one of four states: A Partial task offers a shortcut to review what’s left — for table and event documentation, that takes you straight into the wizard that fills the gaps.

Uploading Files

Tasks can be completed by uploading what you already have — a metrics spreadsheet, a glossary document, a data dictionary. The Hub has a files panel where you can upload these, see what’s attached to each task, and remove files you no longer need. This is separate from Files in the Context Layer: Hub files are there to get the workspace set up, not to be used when answering questions.
