The Usage dashboard shows how your organization is using ClarityQ: how many prompts your team sent, how many ClarityQ Tokens they consumed, and where that consumption came from. Find it under Organization Settings → Usage. It’s available to Admins, and it appears for organizations metered in ClarityQ Tokens.

ClarityQ Tokens (CQT)

ClarityQ Tokens (CQT) are the unit ClarityQ meters usage in. Every answer consumes CQT based on the work it took to produce — the models involved and any compute the agent used along the way. A short question costs less than a deep multi-step analysis. Two counters run side by side:
  • Prompts — how many questions were asked.
  • CQT — how much those questions actually consumed.
Both appear throughout the dashboard, because the interesting number is usually the relationship between them: how heavy an average prompt is.
Background prompts aren’t sent by a person. They come from ClarityQ’s own automated jobs and processes — the work that keeps your workspace current behind the scenes. They consume CQT like any other prompt, but they aren’t added to your prompt count, so the Background row shows CQT with no prompts against it.Separately, usage by ClarityQ staff working inside your organization is excluded from your numbers entirely.

Choosing a Period

The period selector at the top drives the whole page. Options are Current billing period, last calendar month, the last 7, 28, 60, or 90 days, or a custom range. Everything below compares against the equivalent preceding window, so you can see whether consumption is climbing.
Usage recorded before your organization moved to ClarityQ Tokens isn’t shown. A 90-day view of an organization that switched last week shows last week.

The Summary Cards

Four cards sit above the chart: Each shows the previous period’s value and the change between them.

Volume Over Time

The Volume over time chart plots prompts as bars against CQT as a line, so you can see when the two diverge — a spike in CQT without a matching spike in prompts means the questions got heavier, not more frequent. Turn on Compare to overlay the previous period.

The Tabs

Four tabs break the same period down different ways. In each one you can search and filter, and clicking a row jumps to the Prompts tab filtered to that selection — the quickest way to answer “what exactly did this person run?”
  • Prompts — every individual prompt, with its date, user, workspace, type, and CQT cost.
  • Users — consumption per person, split by type, with each user’s share of the organization. It also shows how many of your seats were actually active, meaning they sent at least one prompt.
  • Workspaces — consumption per workspace, with a daily chart you can switch between CQT and prompts.
  • Types — consumption per type, with a daily chart you can view in absolute terms or as a percentage mix.

Prompt Types

A prompt’s type records where it was sent from and who sent it: The Types tab is how you answer “where is our usage actually going?” — for example, whether scheduled tasks quietly account for more than your team’s day-to-day questions.
The ”% of org” column always divides by your whole organization for the period. In a filtered view those percentages won’t add up to 100% — that’s intentional.

Exporting

Each tab has an Export to CSV button. The export matches the tab’s current filters and ignores pagination, so you always get the full set rather than the page on screen. Exports are capped at 100,000 rows. If you hit that, narrow the period or the filters.
