When a task completes, ClarityQ generates a summary of the key findings and delivers it to your configured channels. You must enable at least one delivery channel (email or Slack) when creating a task.

Delivery Channels

In-App (Always On)

Every task result automatically appears in the Results tab under Automations. This cannot be disabled. Unread results are marked with a dot indicator. Click any completed result to open the full conversation — including the agent’s written insight, data tables, visualizations, and SQL.

Email

When email delivery is enabled, ClarityQ sends a summary email to the specified recipients after each execution. The email includes:
  • Task name
  • Summary of key findings (3-4 sentences)
  • Product name for context
  • A link to view the full report in ClarityQ
You can add multiple email recipients when creating or editing a task.

Slack

When Slack delivery is enabled, ClarityQ posts a message to the selected Slack channel after each execution. The message includes:
  • Task name
  • Summary of key findings
  • A View Chat button linking to the full conversation in ClarityQ
Slack delivery requires a connected Slack workspace. See Connecting Slack to set up the integration.

Failed Results

If a task execution fails, ClarityQ sends a failure notification to the same channels configured for the task, so you’re aware even when something goes wrong. Failed results show an error indicator in the Results tab with details on hover.

Sharing Results

You can share any completed result by clicking the Share button, which generates a link to the full conversation.
